Create your own character and become an employee at Papa's Cupcakeria! Customers will place orders and it will be your duty to fulfill them. The game is broken down into phases: Taking orders, Making cupcakes, Playing mini games.

Making the cupcakes must be done quickly and skillfully to earn bigger tips and increase your level. This will also help you to earn lucky tickets that allow you to play mini-games that unlock new clothing for your character and decorations for your store. Decorating the store is important as it will help customers to feel more at ease as they wait for your order so that you will get a better score in terms of timeliness.

At the end of each day, you will receive a score based on your performance. Get enough points and you will level up and unlock new cupcake-making items and holiday themes. You will also occasionally get a parade if you do well.

Your customers will also level up if you do well and get a score higher than 80 when making their orders. Higher-level customers give you more experience points. Beware of closing customers though. These are the last customers of each day and they are extra picky. Take extra care not to mess up their order.
